There are so many lovely walks around Whitby and on The North Yorkshire Moors it would be impossible to know where to start  to describe them on a small website, however the wonderful site created by Don Burluraux at North York Moors CAM is all you will ever need. The archive section contains beautifully illustrated descriptions of dozens of walks to suit all capabilities and contains excellent advice to help you plan and enjoy a great day out in the countryside.

The Inn Way walk and Farndale Daffodils
One of the best outings in the country is the Farndale daffodil walk during April each year. If you are visiting Whitby in the spring then plan a day out to see the beautiful flowers, it really is worth it. Follow the link for details and please try to use the public transport provided. At other times Farndale is still a beautiful place to walk and the Inn Way has a particularly happy ending. Watch the video to find out!
